WENSUM CLUB MEMBERSHIP 2009/2010
Dear Club Member
Please find attached details of Wensum TTC membership for the year 2009/2010.
As most of you will be aware, our membership period usually runs for the period 1 st September 2009 to 30 th August 2010. The reason the details are late this year is that we have become very aware that players who used the club 2 –3 nights a week last season paid an awful lot of money in fees.
As members will be aware, the fee structure for the 2008/2009 season was based on a small annual membership fee and then a "pay as you play" fees for matches, practice and coaching sessions. We have decided to give players options for the 2009/2010 season as follows:
Option 1
Same system as last year with a small annual membership fee and then "pay as you play" fees for visits to the club.
Option 2
A higher annual club membership, but the reduced "pay as you play" fees for visits to the club. We feel this will provide discounts to those who play the most Table Tennis.
There are concessions for juniors, people with disabilities and players over the age of 65. Please see the attached sheet for details.
We appreciate that this may make our fee structure more complicated, but we also feel it makes our fee structure fairer.

Player Registration Fee For Norwich League
Please note that this is a fixed cost we have to pay to the league (£12.00 adults (including players with disabilities and players aged over 65) and £8.00 Juniors) so we are unable to give any discounts here.
Payment of Annual Fee Under Option 2
We appreciate that the annual fee under option 2 may be difficult for some members to pay in one go. We are happy for people to pay in instalments if this is easier for them. Please speak to Dale/Lindsey/Mark for Details.
Non Members
We have introduced a new fee for non-members. Details are on the attached sheet.
Please find attached a membership form for the season. Please complete and return to Dale/Lindsey or Mark as soon as possible with appropriate annual fee and Norwich League Registration fee (if applicable).
Finally, we did consider an option 3, a one off payment to cover all matches and practice sessions. If anyone would prefer to pay in this way, please let us know and we will be happy to quote you a price.
